When will I get my order?
We ship as quickly as possible so you don’t wait forever to flex. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once it’s shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you’re at and what’s in your cart. We’ll always show the cost before you confirm.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — CRTFD Asian ships worldwide. Culture doesn’t stop at borders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You’ve got a small window — contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel before it’s processed.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be hyped about every piece you cop. If something isn’t right, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Are any purchases final sale?
Some items (like limited exclusives or clearance) are final sale. Don’t worry — we’ll always mark these clearly before you buy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

What size should I order?
Each product page has a size guide. Tees are oversized with a streetwear fit. If you like it a little tighter fit, get one size down.

Note: All garments are true to size with possible margin of 2-5% difference from our manufacturers.

How do I care for my product?
Keep it fresh: cold wash, inside-out, and air dry. Skip the dryer if you want your prints and fabrics to last.
